George Georgiou
Advocate, Managing Director, Head of Corporate
George Georgiou is the head of the corporation department and mainly deals with the incorporation of public and private companies and their management, as well as with the provision of fiduciary services. He has extensive knowledge and experience on reorganizations, restructurings, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions and liquidations of companies. George Georgiou frequently advises on cross-border transactions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance and assists with the establishment of partnerships, the preparation of corporate documents and legal due diligence. With over 34 years of experience, George works with clients throughout the corporate lifecycle, providing support for any necessary changes to corporate entities. He collaborates with banking and financial institutions, law firms, and service providers, and interacts with the Cyprus Companies Registry and other authorities.

Christina Ismini Vayanos Kostopoulos
Advocate, Head of Intellectual Property Law
Christina delivers a complete range of services in all fields of IP including trademark, patent, design and copyright law. Especially Christina Ismini advises clients on a wide range of domestic and European and International patents. Her experience in the field comprises the registration of Cyprus national patents and the validation of European and PCT (EP) patents in Cyprus, the filing of SPC applications and applications for Paediatric extensions, all forms of commercial exploitation of patents, renewals and payments of annuities of patents.
Christoforos Georgiou
Advocate, Corporate law, Family Mediator, Head of Family Department
Christoforos graduated from University of Nicosia in 2016 and was admitted to Cyprus Bar Association in 2017. He is a dedicated and experienced Corporate Lawyer who has joined George Chr. Georgiou LLC in 2011.
His practice focuses on company law. He regularly assists clients with cross-border corporate issues, including re-domiciliation, company restructures, trademark registration (national and international), and coordination with offshore agents.
His academic foundation includes a BA in Law (LLB) from the University of Nicosia and also a Certified Family Mediator.
Artemis Stylianou
Advocate, Litigation
Artemis graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Artemis joined George Chr. Georgiou LLC in March 2022 and she is an active member of the Litigation Department of our firm.
